General Comments
For some reason 1and1 don't seem to be able to edit their address fields and the address I had entered was showing in a weird format and I couldn't delete parts of my old address. This was automatically sent to whois and overwrote my whois entry which was correct. Unlucky for me I couldn't log into whois to correct it. The 1 and 1 error which they could not fix held up the installation of my replacement ssl as it could not be issued since the address was incorrect. After several jargon emails from 1 and 1 I gave up before my stress levels gave me a heart attack and finally updated through whois.
