I hadn't read the reviews on bestcamera.co.uk when I ordered my Lumix FZ38.

Just seemed a good deal. Ordered online on Wed 12/5/10 at 19:00.

Had an email saying camera was out of stock the following day. I phoned them, and the young man I spoke to said that they were expecting a delivery on Wed 19/05/10 and that my Visa payment wouldn't be taken until they had despatched it to me. Sure enough I received an email on the 19th saying it was on it's way by City Link. I was able to track it's progress and received it on Thurs 20/05.

Good service compared to some of the comments I have now read about them.
