Lost a bit of weight, didn't taste too bad.
Bad Points
Prone to dizziness, nausea, hunger pangs.
General Comments
I tried this diet for just short of a week but had to give it up because I was almost fainting even after walking. It is not safe for your body and I stick by the fact that the best way to loose weight is through a change in lifestyle and healthy eating.
