Signed up, site would not work on my PC, would not save the changes I made to the meal plans, generate a correct shopping list, swap button didn't work etc.
Contacted Tesco approx one hour after signing up to ask for a refund- refused- told it was a prob on my PC, browser or cookies etc- offered assistance to fix it but by this point I just wanted a refund- it was not the quick and easy diet plan I had expected.
Assumed a refund would not be a problem- don't we get a cooling off period?(my knowledge of consumer rights is pretty feeble). Tesco employee quoted text at me- apparently in the terms and conditions of the site it states we don't.
VERY disappointed in the customer service- just robots following the company line. I also believe Tesco should make it much clearer in the signing up procedure that they will not provide refunds under any circumstances.
