OMG, Hurrendous people to deal with . Never ever book with these guy. Booked two tickets 1 for my sis and the other for my nephew who his 2yrs and 2months. They booked 1 adult and 1infant tickets having got to the airport the people at the desk told me my nephew had to be booked a child seat not an infant 1 on them circumstances i had to purchase a seperate child seat costing £600. When i had phoned hoodaki n spoke to marvick and the manager they told me it was our fault and that we should have requested a child seat. I asked them who is the agent and the proff me or you, you should know the rules and regs im the customer. They insisted that they wouldn't refund me and that it was my fault. They would not accept liability at all and that i should have requested a child seat. Aroon mukhtar 079000 621 66
