“Wrong flowers for both of my orders and delivered late”

I ordered the same thing for my mom and mother in law. They both look nothing like what I ordered. The flower arrangements I ordered were beautiful pink, purple, and red. What they received were plain white flowers. On top of that, the arrangements were super small. so embarrassing! one order wasn't delivered on time either. I called customer service only to be on hold for 15 minutes! I couldn't hold any longer so I hung up. I will not be ordering from here ever again!
