Like another one of the reviews, I was nervous having stumbled across this web page after I had booked to go to New Zealand over Christmas. Having paid the deposit, I also wasn't chased for the remaining money before the stated deadline (which I missed). I was assured that the eTickets would be released once I had paid the full amount (even took the risk of paying by debit card to avoid 2% surcharge)and to my relief, they were. I then checked my reservations with the airline system and all 4 names appeared on the correct flights. We've since completed the holiday without any problems.

I dealt with someone called Pretti who was very helpful and got me a much better deal than other agents I had tried. Clearly there must be problems with this agency but I didn't experience any of them myself. Hope this helps.
