“FAKE TICKETS????”

I purchased tickets for Man City v Leicester game on 13/5/17 from this company to take my Dad for a treat. I had a query just before buying them on line so used the livechat to get some questions answered. Well, I tried to converse with someone who was not well versed in English. I was trying to find out if the seats were together which on the site said they were but the operator said no. Eventually I got confirmed that they were together so bought them. The 'tickets' arrived via email and they were so called e tickets and not the original. They looked like they had been scanned. They also had someone else's name on them and the kick off time was wrong it had never been at the time stated on the ticket. I tried to contact 'customer service' on live chat at least 20 times - never got to chat to anyone they were always unavailable, I emailed them - no reply, I even resorted to livechat the sales and told them of the problem and they just repeated that I needed to chat to customer service and then ended the chat..... THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This company should be shut down. If I do not get a reply from them by tomorrow I will report them to the police. DO NOT USE THEM.
