To anyone considering buying a Bellway house ... my advice is think again as the quality of the houses are poor, the quality of the customer service is awful and the overall support structure in place is none exsistant.

I have had so many issues its difficult to list: replacement windows, re-piped en suite as didn't work, replaced gutters, re-painted walls as not good enough poor fitted lino etc and this was at the beginning

Now ive lived here for 5 years ... Ive had to replace water tank, and ive had 3 leaks in pipework which have destroyed 3 different roofs due to poor fittings being used in plumbing.

All the way through Bellway honestly don't care and build it quickly and move on....

I liken it to buying a brand new car and being presented with a car with 3 wheels and no steering wheel then on its services it needs half of the enginer replaced at your cost !!

Its a disgrace how Bellway can be allowed to operate in such a way

Anyone who wants to visit a poor Bellway house drop me a txt !!
