I have had my GoKart golf trolley over two years and had a problem with a drive shaft, rang GoKart explained the problem and the next day two updated drive shafts arrived by first class post with fitting instruction. Simple operation to fit these took about 15 minuets. The best part is no charge was made and the trolley was out of warranty.

Last week I dropped the trolley taking it out of the car and broke the frame which supports the front wheel, this break was near ware the the battery clips to the frame and I was still able me to play the round. Contacted GoKart who arranged to collection on a Monday they replaced the frame, card holder, the bag holder bungey and serviced the trolley. Received a phone call Thursday asking which day would I like it returning. I received it the following day, cost £10 plus the the carriage charge.
