Good Points
Reliable, very good support, ordering process and cPanel just work. Lots of features for the price.

Bad Points
Nothing so far.

General Comments
I've been with Just Host Me for a couple of weeks now, and I submitted my first support ticket last night (a low-priority, obscure geeky question around enabling PDO on PHP). I was astonished to get a friendly and technically competent reply within 5 minutes on a SUNDAY NIGHT. Thats what I call service.
