Customer service is excellent. All my emails were replied to within 15 minutes. Delays of a few seconds in placing trades are expected as the Internet is not immediate. If the market is moving quickly prices will be cancelled when you place your trade, but a few seconds is not going to ruin you. I never had any problems with the site crashing etc. You are trading with Capital Spreads, not on the real market so you should accept their prices and adapt your strategy likewise.I will recommend them as I never had any problems. Site is simple and very userfriendly.
