I placed an order on 2nd Nov and paid £3 extra £6.99 in total to have next day delivery, 7 days after placing order,Ihave not received item. M and M first said they couldnot find a trace of my order, then they could but couldn't track it, now they say it,s with the courier but refuse to refund the extra £3 I paid for next day delivery. I have been advised that they are in breach of contract. I am NOT a satisfied customer, I WAS PREVIOUSLY LET DOWN WHEN PAYING FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY, THAT IS TWICE TO OFTEN.
