I ordered flowers online for delivery to my poorly wife who was in London whilst I was overseas. Delivery took place on time, but through no fault of this company, my wife was never notified by the porters.
I contacted the online florist (iflorist.co.uk)and they immediately offered to replace the flowers or even offer me a refund. This was remarkably good service, since it turned out that they had proof of delivery. I was most impressed by the courteous handling of an angry customer (me) who had no justification at all to be cross with them! Thanks Michelle!
I apologised profusely when I found that the flowers had been here all along.
I highly recommend this company, based on its customer service
