Good Points
FREE phone number and line rental.

Bad Points
No phone support HOWEVER the email support is good and quick.

General Comments
I have several Sipgate accounts as I use the free PBX from 3cx and its never let me down in the last year. I use my BT line as normal into the PBX and the sipgates as direct lines. Great for the kids as if they dial out its like pay as you go they need to top it up first.
