I have just come online to try to find some contact details to complaint to Dorothy Perkins about their customer services. Ufortunately I wish i had read the many reviews on here before I ordered with them!



Will never ever order with Dorothy Perkins again - p.s: having EXACTLY the same problem with Burton online (same company)



I ordered goods over a week ago, Hermes have said they tried to deliver 3 times - RUBBISH! Also, with the item I ordered from Burton it says it is delivered - funny that seein as I dont have it yet!! As everyone has said here, limited or no response from their "customer services"...absolutely terrible experience - dont risk using it, its more stress than its worth!!
