If you ever need to ring customer service as i did to update your details ie new address etc, dont bother. I had to ring twice as the indian who answered said it wasnt me as i apparently got the security questions wrong, i think i know my own date of birth

Are customer services in india i wonder..i sugest you write instead, it will prob be cheaper.
