I could not reccomend the online service which Dorothy Perkins offer.

On the 8th of Dec I placed an order. On the 10th Dec I was notified that it had been dispatched.

I have still not received the order. When I call the "HELPLINE"? I cannot get through, when I e mail they take forever to repond and then just suggest I wait for the parcel to arrive.

They are aware that it was to be a Christmas present yet dont seem to care. They have my money and thats it.

They should not say that you would have your parcel in 4-7 days if clearly they cannot deliver on this suggestion.

I will never ever order online from Dorothy Perkins again.
