Good Points
Support availability. Usually helpful, though not inclined to offer more than is necessary.

Bad Points
Slow speeds. Normally achieving less than 2Mb on an 8Mb connection. May be a BT issue though, but no assistance offered.

General Comments
Not sure that its worth the money.
