Good Points
Conscientious well-informed customer service. If they're not available immediately - and sometimes they are - they phone you up soon after you've made contact. Super speeds, even when I had to go against their advice and use an extension lead. Quick response re up/down-grading of products.

Bad Points
The signing-up procedure was less than clear, so I ended up having arranged for the monthly payment but not the initial one, occasioning a delay in transfer.

General Comments
Pay that little bit extra to use this superb service. I tried Plus-net before this and regretted it.
