Good Points
Customer services are helpful. Tech support are UK based on a freephone number and know what they are talking about without getting you to jump through endless hoops for no reason at all. Good price for what I'm getting, no hidden fair use policies.

Bad Points
Can't think of any, and been with them for 3 months now. Their phone lines can sometime be busy, but they have always called me back, longest time was 40 mins after I left a message!!

General Comments
Came across Vivaciti Broadband after reading about them on a forum somewhere, called them with some technical questions, and to my surprise they knew what I was talking about, and answered ALL my questions with no trouble at all.

Have called them sometimes (normally around lunch time) and the phone lines can be busy, one time, I did not even leave a message and still got a call back about 10 mins later, so great as no soppy call queuing.

Had some problems with the BT side of my line, and they managed to get BT out and problem resolved and now getting a full 8mb connection. Wish I found these people a long time ago, I can now use the internet with no problems and very fast downloads.
