Complete rip off. Our company spent a lot of money on cartridges with internet ink which promptly went wrong and leaked all over the machine. these were returned via the address provided by Internet Ink and followed their return instructions exactly. they claim never to havereceiveed the returns!!! Poor, Very Poor!
