The Mitsubishi Outlander 2.0 DI-D Elegance 5dr has comfortable, stylish on-road performance. However, if you need the 4x4 performance (as I frequently do) dont buy this vehicle- plan to get rid of mine ASAP in view of these problems. Low torque at low revs can be very unforgiving and will stall even when moving if you are in the wrong gear.

The 4 wheel performance is very poor, I found it useless in snow as the low torque is so poor you have to rev higher and just end up digging in with wheel spin. So bad i had to be towed out of snow by a Suzuki grand vitara which handled the same conditions effortlessly.
