I was misled to believe they will assist with handling a damage to Kanken backpack previously purchased from them online, but eventually they added more fees that they have never mentioned before and generally provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced, sometimes responding with one liners to detailed questions and responses and even implying they will not return my backpack to me. Spent over a month of back and forth until I gave up.
Steer clear, for your own sake. You can get the same for less money without running the risk of this kind of customer service if anything goes wrong with the product.
