Good Points
Looks good, stylish, above average sound from the small speakers.

Bad Points
Bass a bit boomy, lack of adjustment

General Comments
This is the second one of these in 3 weeks first one had lip sync problem this one goes back next week the volume keeps going up and down on voices.
