Bad Points
I think i have received a faulty phone... Its not switching at all.. Its a Blackberry Curve 8300.. I found many people online having this problem and their contract companies replaced theirs..

In my case I am now 1 hour on hold and nobody has answered my call..

General Comments
I would not recommend using this company.
