Good Points
Good website.

Bad Points
An awful awful customer service with an attitude to go with it. They think they are doing customer a favor by allowing them to order parts from them.

General Comments
Ordered a couple of items from them. One of them came right away. The other one was delayed and given an "expected" date of delivery. Once the date was passed, I made the mistake of asking if there was an update for the delivery. Went downhill then on.
