Good Points
Local lender.

General Comments
Darlington Building Society always seems to be the last to pass on any base rate cut. Only passed on 0.2% of the recent 0.5% cut. Highest standard rate on the market.

Do not think they are being fair with this latest dithering on the rate cut.
