Very poor service with no regard for customer.
I booked a flight with Lastminute.com however due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to take the flight. I provided 14 days notice and requested a refund. I was told an agent would call me back. After 2 days I called again to be told someone would call me back. After another two days I spoke to a gentleman that told me he would email me, which he did.
My refund request had been turned down but no reasons were supplied. I checked the flight providers website who state that refunds can be arranged for an administration fee. When I raised this with Lastminute.com and asked them to challenge this decision, they refused. I have no explanation and no chance of speaking to anyone sensible.
Poor service all round and I will be booking direct in future.
In short Lastminute.com are ignorant and incompetent.
