“Poor service and goods”

Ordered shed had to wait a month for delivery because of demand. You would think in that month the item would have been made better but no. Shoddy workmanship the roof did not fit the eaves had gaping holes in all corners, nails sticking out pieces not joining. This was a sentry box that was below standard for quality and was now considered damaged goods. Email their customer services had to wait 48 hours for reply they say will send replacement roof. That was not acceptable a new roof would not seal the holes in each corner. I was not willing to make do and rectify poor workmanship at an added expence to me. This situation has been ongoing since the 8th april. Someone was meant to collect the shed last week had txt to say half hour away then two hours later email to say not comming. Go to live chat they say dont know why they didnt come and i should call customer services. That wasnt going to happen as I said to online chat I cannot understand your customer services they are all foriegn. So again emailed around 36 hours ago so only 12 hours then I will get a reply. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with their goods are substandard their customer service do not speak English their live chat is a waste of time. Their complaints department do not repl. Do not use it might be cheap but you get what you pay for. I had tried posting on trustpilot but garden buildings direct have been allowed to block it as they have with all negative comments posted on trustpilot. Whats the point in reviewing a company if they can stop it being seen.
