What can I say?
- a failure for many months to ensure Fire Doors (that should be locked when access is not required) to gas and electric meters are secured from persons who should not have access
- repeated failed attempts to ensure front door to building closes securely. Having seen the fruits of the efforts of the maintenance team I can only assume that he got bored.
- Ive been waiting SIX MONTHS for sky to be installed. The old Sky is discontinued and Love Digital have offered a substantial discount in the works required to allow an upgrade. A Chamonix rep today advised me that "Sky is a luxury item". As the management company it is Chamonix's fault the existing kit has not been properly maintained to facilitate free upgrade works.
- i was forced to pay an outstanding service charge balance that related to a period ending FOUR MONTHS before I even viewed my property.
In short Chamonix should not be allowed to continue to trade. I will be seeking legal advice tomorrow. I consider them to be completely inadequate and not fit for purpose. The sky upgrade is a classic example - when the subsidization runs out it will cost over £1000 to get the work done. I thought accounts managers were meant to look ahead and make savings??
