they do what they promise & the sunderland staff go the extra mile to be helpful there was a changeover of computer systems in december which confused my changeover but they still kept things on schedule My (alky ) neighbour changed as well & managed to lose his scottish power key a few days before changeover yet thguy in edf did his best to help & they sent an engineer on 2nd january to get him going nice to see a company that goes the extra mile staff could be slightly bettert trained but have helpful attitude
