“Staff is helpful”

The staff is really nice and helpful. I always take No 10 bus to home and work. whenever I need to know the timings of buses, the staff answers back really nicely and respectfully. few days I have been noticing that if the person is a little late for bus and the bus is at bus stop, the drives waits for few seconds for the person to get to bus stop and get in bus which is really good to see as before they never waited for people to get to bus stop at all.
However there are no No 10 timetables on the bus stops which is well annoying.
