“Worst customer service”

Hi all, this company employees are very rude. They call me for an upgrade, pushing me to do upgrade from o2 as i have o2 connection which I took from them. They have said if you are not sure about it u can try sim only monthly deal for now and later u can change it or end it. This guy keep on pushing me over the phone and when i said i am sorry , i will not take it now instead first i will do some research and then i will come back to you. Still he push me to take. When i told him that no i cant for now, i will call u once i will be ready. He just hang up.
Can u believe this, hang up a phone like this. So it means they just worry about selling , or about business not about customer perception, worst customer service experience ever.
It was my obligation to gave them 1 star as there is no other option here, other wise i would have given them "double zero".

Please guys be aware that these companies are like this will offer u the plan which is cheaper as compared to your current plan. Ut expensive as compared to market.
I am paying £37 now, and getting 3 gb, unlimited calls and msge,
He offered me £25 simonly plan with 4gb internet will calls and messages,
I searched on internet better plan, £16 with 5 gb data, unlimitted calls and messages.
Now can u believe how fake they are.
