easy to book on the internet and easy to find in arrivals hall. Just had to wait a while as the office was busy, which isn't great after a long flight. Usual paperwork to be filled in then led to car to check over. Brand new car which was nice. Given advice about local roads including the use of main beam whilst driving (by law). Easy return of the car, though it would be better if there was a shelter when inspection takes place as it was raining and cold whilst doing this. No issue with the deposit being returned. Polite and efficient staff.
