100% increase in charges without sending us a notice.

Unable to log on to our account due to faults in Chess Telecoms software. Emails unanswered for months. Requested details of moving our numbers to another provider have still not been provided. No wonder the pre-tax profits have increased by 100 % to 4.7 million when you increase your charges by 100%.

We have contracts with Talktalk, O2, EE and Virgin and increases are always below 5% but Chess Telecom 100% !!! they should not have a license.

Chess Telecom, be honest with your Customers, tell them you intend to fleece them as soon you can.

A formal complaint has been made to OFCOM and looking on the internet it appears a number of people are not happy.
