“Poor customer service”

Customer service team with rude tone when ringing to find out a dispatch date for an order placed a week previous. Second memeber of staff spoken too and still no dispatch date and no apology for this lack of information. Blame on Easter weekend even though another product we ordered has been dispatched and delivered when ordered Sunday.
