“Unsure if I should book”

I have been quoted a great price on the website for 3 adults and 2 kids to go to florida in june this year, however I am unsure if I should book this and hand over that amount of cash to a company I have never had any dealings with in the past. The price includes a Villa (disney area homes) allocation on arrival and the flights. Can anyone give me some advice?
