Poor customer service. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody listens to what you need. They have a robot to answer you complaints. I am struggling to get my money back. Do not order as you will get in more trouble. I paid for a platinum service and i had a fail so if you want to fail, don't pay money to them. You can fail for free.
