“Worse place to take your car!!”

Even giving one star is too much of a compliment for Mr Clutch. I had a terrible experience at the Kingston branch. I gave my car in for an MOT at their advertised £29 charge but ended up having to pay an extra £175 for apparent work they carried out. I don't mind paying for work that is needed but nobody at the branch was able to provide any evidence of the work or show me documentation of their hourly rate. When I inquired about it to the branch manager he became verbally abusive and aggressive. He also added an extra £100 to the cost of the work for questioning the works. He then took my car into the back and closed the shutters and refused to give me my keys. I could go on with the how badly I was treated by the Mr Clutch employee's. Its an absolute disgrace the way these people practice. Whats worse is when I complained to head office their regional manager defended their actions. My advice to everyone is avoid avoid avoid.
