Expensive, horrible customer service, faulty workmanship, pretty much everything about the stroller and the company.

General Comments
This Silver Cross Freeway Standard Stroller was a huge waste of money. It takes up most of the trunk space. Has only 1 service center in New York, and the UK customer service was horrible. After a few weeks use, the front wheels wobble and shake, the brakes don't work and the frame doesn't lock. My son hates this stroller and so do I. What a terrible waste of money. Parents, don't waste your money on this company or their strollers.
