Comfortable flight, excellent Cabin Crew service, though the food isn't anything to write home about - but it's free so can't complain.



The Customer Relations Dept in the UK is a complete farce. We booked tickets from LGW-OPO-LGW only to be told 2 weeks before the flight that we would only be flown into LHR, with no alternative travel arrangements or refund offered. We were told 'put up with it or don't fly' by a 'customer services' agent on the phone.



We had to pay £100 taxi fare to get us to our car in LGW after the inbound flight and I am still waiting for a response and refund from TAP - I wrote to them in June and now cannot get hold of anyone.



Phone staff are extremely rude and unhelpful which lets down an otherwise tolerable airline.
