Undoubtedly the worst vacuum I have ever used. I've only had it a few months and already want to go and buy a better vacuum because I can't face doing the hoovering anymore! So frustrating and bugs me you can't return these things once you've opened them and tried them. I knew instantly I bought a duffer. :-(
