They try to exploit honeymooners and give out false information.

DO NOT BOOK WITH ASIA ROOMS!



I have been trying to book my honeymoon with them at the Panviman resort, president suite, advertised at £255 per night. They came back to me this morning saying that the rate is now £318 to stay at this hotel - which means that this will cost an additional £630. They stated that this was because of a higher rate for the season, but when i checked the website the ONLY price that had changed was on this room, at this hotel, on the dates that i wanted. "I am disgusted. I have checked asiarooms.com again and the rates you advertise have ONLY changed on the dates that i would like to book the room. I have collected evidence so I can prove that this is the case.This does not indicate a new rate for the season, but just for my holiday. This booking is for my honeymoon and you are trying to take advantage, along with the hotel, to charge me more than the going rate you advertise for all other parties. You are ruining my experience and excitement about booking this holiday. What you are doing is very very poor conduct. Please would you honour the rate that you advertised, and advertise for every other date, or i shall be forced to cancel my booking and leave very poor reviews of both Asia Rooms and Panviman. I am very upset and I am sure you can understand my position. I will also be enquiring as to whether or not your conduct is legal."

"Please noted that when we sent your booking to the hotel, the hotel revise rate for the period you book then we update the rate for this period that why the rate for only your period has been change so please kindly advise again whether you would like to proceed booking with new rate or not because the hotel can offer only this rate.

I have taken screenshots of the 10 days prior to my dates, and the 10 days after my dates - and they all remain at the cheaper rate.



THE RATES THEY ADVERTISE ARE FALSE TO ENTICE YOU IN - THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEM.
