Good Points
Practical, small and lightweight. Easy to use. 32mb + upgradeable external memory slot. Great sound quality.

Bad Points
Bad computer software.

General Comments
The MP-700 portable MP3 player from MPMan is great really!! Just the software on the computer is a let down.
