This is the third Aqua Fountain. Used in a small office. Now ready to give up on these things. The first two obviously had bearing problems with the fan since after prolonged periods of noise the fans stopped working. This really is a design and manufacturing fault. The most recent unit will not dispense water, nor will any water drain out of the drain plug at the base of the unit. Apart from taking it to the garage and connecting an air line to it, there is no other option than to throw it away. So be warned, I have spent over £300 over the last three years. They look good, but really the poor design and manufacture makes these products 'not fit for purpose'.
