My Brita Aqua Fountain has now been replaced with a new one three times. First one, stoppped flowing with water after about 9 months, took it back, got a replacement in June 2009, and have just rang the retailer as it has started making a terrible noise.We are now on our third one. We wouldn't have bothered this time, but have a a large supply of the very expensive filters sitting in the cupboard that will go to waste, (more money wasted thanks to Brita). Shame, as it looks great and does what it says on the box but only for a limited period. Clearly the manufacturer needs to withdraw the item and put all the faults right instead of continuing to take peoples hard earned cash for a product that doesn't even last beyond it's warranty.

When this pack of filters are used and it goes wrong again we'll be having our money back.
