I ordered a Smeg oven 3 weeks ago and was advised by email of a delivery date as the item was in stock. I requested to change the date to 2 weeks later to coinside with kitchen fitters and me being able to accept delivery. On the day nothing arrived, there were no calls or Emails from applianceuwant.The customer service number continuously goes to answer message. After waiting all day I sent an email which they replied saying the oven wasn`t coming as they no longer used that courier company.They said I could either wait but they didnt know how long for, or have a refund. Luclily I have been able to get an oven from Appliancesonline within 72 hours. applianceuwant are impossible to speak to in person and the fact they only seem to send emails made me wonder if it was a genuine web site. Luckily I have received my refund.
