“extortionate prices with poor customer service”

I went here for an eye test and ended up with a bill for £605 for a single pair of glasses. they talked me in to verifocals which were not in focus and I could not get on with them so they changed them to bifocals which we still not in focus. I was given a second eye test and told they were too strong and one lense was changed but they were still not right,
after two eye tests and three corrections to the glasses I asked for my money back but they refused, but offered a third eye test which I refused.
I said I would take it further and there comment was go and take it further !! there glasses use the same frames and makes of lenses you can get at other places for less than half the price in fact you can get two pairs of glasses at other places for half the price, also I did not get a proper perscription of any paper work except for a till reciept,getting your money back from a credit card without all the correct paper work is impossible this dispute has also been reported to Trading Standards by Kings Lynn Council.
what a rip off, my advice go somewhere else.
