It is an excellent car, have owned two previous Ssangyongs and very reliable cars. I think people who critisize it are snobs and have actually never driven one. I have owned Mercedes and other European cars and the Rexton has a similar feel. Most engine parts are European . Very happy with it, only drawback is the lack or poor marketing to improve the branding.
